Nitu Shah stands out as a role model for women who aspire to be leaders. Having spent most of her career time in Startups, she brought in that experience to implementing successful solutions.A relatively calm and extremely focused person, Nitu Shah is the technical mind behind making sure all the products are seamlessly integrated. With high-levels of passion in technology, Nitu has learned what it takes to build great products. Apart from many other things, she was instrumental in leading and delivering MATS Configuration Manager that gives the power of selfservice to the customers. She has a Masters in Computer Applications and worked for Startups for 4 years.

Joined LinkEZ in May 2019, Giridhar has over 20 years of Software Industry experience with 15 years in CA Technologies leading global engineering teams and initiatives related to innovation, quality, and engineering excellence. He also ideated and implemented an online CMS for CA Technologies that hosted 1.6million dynamic pages of user documentation with reporting capability on usage patterns. This led to a potential saving of $2m in support calls within a year of implementation. Giridhar is known for challenging the status quo and nurturing ideas that help customers. He helped in unifying and simplifying several solutions in the past as well as at LinkEZ. Giridhar has a Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

A Mechanical engineer by education and trade, Pavan brings in a rich 14 years of global experience from the manufacturing industry. He worked at places like UltraTech, ACC, YCC (Saudi Arabia), and Rane. During his stint as a mechanical engineer, he was well recognized for his contributions to manufacturing process improvements through hi-tech as well as low-tech solutions. Pavan is now shaping the product line up, analyzing the requirements, creating roadmaps, segmenting and reaching out to potential customers. His relentless efforts backed by experience, is paving ways to having more solution-centric approach to the business.
